مدير عام الدائرة الإدارية والمالية لهيئة الحشد الشعبي يجري مفاوضات حالياً مع مصرف الرافدين لإطلاق سلف مقاتلي الحشد الشعبي الكترونياً تقديراً للتضحيات التي قدموها في الدفاع عن الوطن.
السلف سيكون إصدارها على شكل وجبات وبحسب الجداول والتوقيتات.
